Working out isn’t just about beauty for Glee powerhouse Lea Michele. The Broadway alum reveals her workout tips and tricks in this new Nike Women commerical.

“When I workout I like to be comfortable. For me it’s not about beauty,” she admits.

As for her favorite activities, Lea says she enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and going on hikes.
