Larry Rudolph Subpoenaed Britney Spears/Kevin Federline Custody

After spending weeks ‘in hiding’ Britney Spears’ former manager Larry Rudolph was reportedly served a subpoena in the pop tart’s custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline outside of Sunset Tan in West Los Angeles on Thursday.
“It stinks. He was trying to stay out of it and keep a low profile but he obviously didn’t keep it low enough. He really didn’t want to get involved with this as his statement had said. He’s obviously not thrilled about it,” says an US Magazine source.
Larry recently told television personality Ryan Seacrest: “he doesn’t want to say where he is and he doesn’t want to be served because he said it won’t be good for Britney.”
Larry says: “I have consulted with my lawyers and I do understand that eventually the time will come when they will find me, but until then, I’m trying to avoid being brought into this mess. She’s going through so much right now and I wish Britney the best.”
