The former civil rights leader who wowed American Idol audiences with his anti-saggy pants anthem will headline a gig in Sin City this week. “Pants on the Ground” singer General Larry Platt will be flown first-class from Atlanta to Las Vegas to take the stage for a live performance of his viral hit at celebrity haunt JET Nightclub this Friday, TMZ reports.

In addition to a five figure payday, the unlikely star, 62, will be treated to all expenses paid accommodations at the Mirage Hotel — which hosts the club — and a free steak dinner.
