Larry King Slams Miss California Carrie Prejean For Appearance “No-Show”

Larry King has publicly chatised Miss California for canceling an appearance on his show at the last minute.
According to TMZ.com, Carrie Prejean was celebrating her 22nd birthday in Atlanta on Wednesday when she was scheduled to appear as guest on Larry King Live.
“She’s a little tired. It was her birthday yesterday… she’s flying back from the East Coast,” Miss California USA co-director Keith Lewis explained of the blonde’s absence.
“I didn’t think [it was a good enough reason to cancel], but what could I do? You can’t force them. We don’t get many of that,” King says. “My producer called and said she cancelled, but they didn’t give a reason.”
On Thursday, Prejean appeared in an interview on CNN’s conservative rival, The FOX News Network.
The CNN late night host says he’s not sure if controversial beauty queen will be booked in the future.
“I have no idea, that’s up to the producers,” King said when asked if Prejean would be invited to reschedule her on-air. “Usually they don’t if someone cancels on short notice because you don’t do that.”
