Immediately following the death of Anna Nicole Smith, lawyers for Larry Birkhead sought an emergency order to have DNA taken from the corpse of Anna Nicole.

L.B, a photographer and former bodyguard for the former E! reality show star, has been entrapped in a bitter paternity battle with his ex and her new beau Howard K. Stern over claims that he is the father of Anna’s five month old daughter Dannielynn.

On Wednesday, a judge ordered Anna Nicole and Dannielynn to submitted to DNA tests to resolve the matter.
