The already barely clothed Lady Gaga fell victim to a wardrobe malfunction while shooting a video with hip-hop artist Wale in New York City this week.

Gaga’s cha-chas accidentally slipped out during the crowded taping, set spies cackled to The New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher column on Friday. But the “Poker Face” star managed to shake off the potentially-humiliating episode with a smile.

“She just laughed and said, ‘You better make sure you airbrush my nipples!’” a set source told the Daily News.
