Above the quote it states:”she doesn’t need a men to pop her rocket.” How could she pop a rocket? ( It’s trying to make humor of her quote.)
Therefore, the interviewer isn’t taking her seriously.
She can give herself an orgasm by thinking about it? I believe she’s exaggerating, but in a humorous way.

I also believe it’s humanly impossible to reach the climax of sex without physical stimulation of a reproductive organ. It just seems absurd to me. That’s all.
