MJ is unarguably the King of Pop ( to me, the King of Music ). Mother Monster (Lady Gaga), now 24 and rocketed to fame in the last 2 yrs, reminds me a lot of MJ – he was 24 when Thriller happened. She is so creative like MJ and is totally different from all other pop stars. She is also a great songwriter, who writes / co-writes her own music. Her videos are astounding. Remember Thriller, how
unprecedented it was in 1982. Also she is making new material frequently without losing quality. Paparazzi, Telephone, Bad Romance, Alejandro … all were good. But now ‘Born This Way’ is like the best ever. Apparently she is very creative , hard-working and unique in her work- features she share with the music legend MJ. Her contemporary young stars like Katy Perry, Rihanna, Keslie are good, but Lady Gaga is awesome. I think her edge is creativity (like all great minds).

To the third commenter. She’s not evil. That’s ridiculous. You simply have a vehement dislike of her, to which you have the right. But it’s boorish you don’t care how she felt just you are opposed to her style as a performer. She still a human being and her feelings about Michael were no less valid than any other fan. People think they know celebrities just because they’re always in the public eye. You know things about them but you don’t know them on a personal level. Remember Michael Jackson liked her and thought she was good. The man was in the music business his whole life. She couldn’t have received a higher compliment. What you said says more about you than it does about her.
