The singer and her new fiancé first met in Nebraska on the set of Gaga’s “You & I” music video back in 2011. Ironically, Gaga wore her mother’s old wedding gown in scenes from the video. The video starred Kenny who portrays Kelly Severide in Chicago Fire.

They started dating several months after the video was shot but split briefly in May of 2012,only to get back together the following month.

Since getting back together, the couple seemed to be more in love than ever. In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Gaga stated that she would marry Kinney if he proposed. “He is the right guy,” she said. “How do we know? It’s this feeling…”

Kinney, also, gave praise to his new love to Us Weekly in April, saying that she pushes him to be better man. “[She] is someone who’s always in your corner, that believes in you and your work, and vice versa,” the Other Woman actor shared. “You know, I love what she does and her work and music and charity. She inspires so many people including myself.”

As for what their wedding will look like? It is anyone’s guess although Gaga jokingly told Stern; “If I get married, I’ll be hanging out in a pickup truck at a David’s Bridal while my stylist is screaming at me.”
