Lacey Schwimmer Singing — “DWTS’” Lacey Releasing Debut Album
Dancing With The Stars pro Lacey Schwimmer is stepping into a new career as a pop diva.

Lacey hopes to follow the steps to success first achieved by DWTS-hoofer-turned-country-cutie Julianne Hough and Hough Ballas Band by dancing her way to a successful music career, Life & Style claims.
Lacey is signed to WMS Entertainment Group and EMC Bower and is ready her debut album for a 2010 release.
Lacey — who joined ABC’s ballroom dance competition — hobbled to the recording studio for the first time on Thursday, where she reportedly laid down lyrics on a pair of pop and dance-influenced tracks that are expected to establish her as a singer.
“Lacey went into an LA studio on Oct. 1 and began work on her debut album, which is due in early 2010. She recorded two potential hit singles during her first two days in the studio,” a snitch blabs.
One of these songs will be released next month as Lacey’s first single, the insider adds.
“I heard some rough mixes of the first two songs,” says the insider who was on-hand for two of Lacey’s recording sessions. “They’re amazing. They really make you want to get up and dance.”
