Kyle MacLachlan Leaving “Desperate Housewives”
Kyle MacLachlan is considering leaving Desperate Housewives.
The 50-year-old actor, who plays Orson Hodge on the Emmy-winning ABC dramedy, is tired of commuting between New York City and Los Angeles, where the show is filmed.
Kyle is desperate to spend more time with wife Desiree and son Callum, 11 months.
“It’s getting more difficult going back and forth,” the actor told The Sun this week. “I’ll do the next series and see how it goes.”
Kyle added, “It’s such a huge change having children. It’s not about me any more – it’s about my family. Callum is an absolute joy – we’re going to try for another so they can fight each other!”

Couldn’t he just consider moving to L.A with his family…? It’ll be sad if he goes. But I think it’s sweet of him to think about his family.
