True love never dies, especially when it’s name is permanently etched on your body. Former MTV reality star, Kristin Cavallari is having the initials of her actor ex-boyfriend, Nick Zano, removed from her wrist.

Kristin visited the office of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan’s office on Wednesday, undergoing a treatment to remove the tattoo. “It is kind of painful,” says an E! insider, “but she wants that thing off.”
Ironically, Dr. Ryan is the same surgeon who performed Kristin’s old pal Heidi Montag’s recent breast and nose augmentations.
