Kris Allen The National Anthem NBA Finals Game 2 (Lakers vs. Magic)

Kris Allen is scheduled to perform our National Anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner,” before Game 2 of the NBA Finals, airing this Sunday on ABC.
The Los Angeles Lakers have a 1-0 lead over the Orlando Magic.

When you hear Adam’s version of the National Anthem and you hear Kris’s it is obvious that the wrong man won. Adam’s version is beautiful, he can hit every note with ease. Kris can not sing this song and in not only off key but is straining and uncomfortable, twisting his face in that awful way that he does. I hope he fades into the wood work as quickly as possible because he is the result of a cheating state that did not care about talent.
