Actress Kirsten Dunst has obtained a restraining order against an alleged stalker.

The Spider-Man star accuses the emotionally-unstable Christopher Smith, 25, of repeatedly trespassing on her property, most recently on November 19.

“Mr. Smith is apparently mentally ill, and, although he has never met me, believes that he has some sort of spiritual connection with me.”

In a defendant’s statement to police, Christopher claims he and Kirsten are kindred spirits: “I’m in love with Kirsten, so I went to her house, I don’t want to go to jail. I hope to get off with a warning. I connected with Kirsten spiritually, I felt like I connected with her and she connected with me. Now I don’t know if she did, I guess you have to ask her if she connected.”

At around 7:00 p.m. on November 19, Kirsten says Christopher either squeezed through or climbed over the front gate and trespassed on her property, knocked on her door and attempted to gain access to her residence.
