It was a vicious cycle of crippling depression that landed actress Kirsten Dunst in Utah’s Cirque Lodge Rehab Facility, not a widely-rumored addiction to drugs or alcohol, the twenty-six year old Spiderman star said in an interview with E! News on Tuesday.

“I didn’t go to Cirque Lodge for alcohol abuse or drug abuse, I went there for depression. Depression is pretty serious and should not be gossiped about.”

“…..I didn’t know where to go. My doctor recommended Cirque Lodge,” Kirsten told entertainment reporter Marc Malkin.
