Baby Phat founder, the not-quite-divorced-yet Kimora Lee Simmons was spotted lip-locking with a tall blonde woman at New York’s Cipriani Upstairs lounge on Thursday night.

The blonde had been hanging around K.L.S all-night and climbed up on the bar to dirty dance in front of the six-foot tall fashion designer before giving her a smack on the lips.

Kimora’s publicist claims the kiss was “a friendly kiss hello to a party guest.”
