Kim Kardashian Hits Back at Jon Hamm: “We All Have to Respect One Another”

Kim Kardashian is not stupid — thank you very much!
And she’s got the reality TV empire to prove it.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians socialite is hitting back at Mad Men star Jon Hamm, who blasted her for being “stupid” in an interview with the April issue of Elle UK magazine.
The handsome heart-throb isn’t a fan of the ever popular reality TV culture and he didn’t hold back in telling the glossy as much:
“Whether it’s Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated. Being a fucking idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture. You’re rewarded significantly.”
In news that will surprise absolutely no one, Kim didn’t take very kindly to being dissed. In a message posted to her Twitter account on Monday, Kardashian wrote:
“I just heard about the comment Jon Hamm made about me in an interview. I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same path in life. We’re all working hard and we all have to respect one another. Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, “stupid,” is in my opinion careless…”
Jon isn’t the first celebrity to speak out against the First Family of Reality . Back in November, James Bond star Daniel Craig lashed out at the Kardashian Krew in a chat with Britain’s GQ magazine.
“Look at the Kardashians, they’re worth millions. I don’t think they were that badly off to begin with, but now look at them. You see that and you think, ‘What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a [expletive] idiot on television and then you’ll pay me millions?'”
Are critics being too rough on Kim?
