Kim Kardashian has asked the creators of a fad diet to remove a link from their website that suggests she endorses the product.

Attorneys for the bombshell socialite have written a cease & desist letter to Dr. Sanford Siegal, the brainchid behind the “Cookie Diet” weight loss system to remove a link to Kim’s personal website. TMZ.com says.

According to Kim’s legal team, the link “creates the false impression” that the reality star uses the cookies to shed extra pounds.

Kardashian, 29, has also threatened legal action if the link is not removed.
