Donnie Wahlberg’s wife has filed for divorce after nearly nine years of marriage, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 13th.

Kim Fey-Wahlberg has cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and is seeking custody of the couple’s two sons, Alexander, 15, and Elijah, 7.

Donnie and Kim have been separated since January 16, 2008. Their ninth wedding anniversary falls on Wednesday.
