Reality fans may get more than just a passing glance at Khloe Kardashian’s fab footwear collection when the E! Network rolls out the red carpet for the eagerly-anticipated docu-soap Khloe & Lamar later this year.

Word on the Curb has it that Khloe Kardashian-Odom — who’ll star alongside brother Rob and hoop star hubby Lamar in the spinoff reality series — is expecting her first child. Reps for the newly-redheaded socialite are staying tight-lipped, those in-the-know tell The New York Post’s Page Six Column that The Odoms’ Newlywed-style series will follow Lamar and Khloe “through her pregnancy and as they have their first child.”

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians starlet “has been hiding a tell-tale bump behind flowing dresses and oversized handbags,” a second tattle chimed in.

Lamar already has two preteens with his former high school sweetheart, Liza Morales.
