In a bid to create buzz for his hosting gig at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, diminutive comedian Kevin Hart teamed up with Hollywood’s latest “It Couple” — hip-hopster Kanye West and his so-called “perfect b**ch” Kim Kardashian — to film a promo video for the annual awards show.

In the side-splitting clip, Hart comes up with nicknames for the three of them (“I’m talking about Kevye Kim,” he remarks with pride…) — much to the disdain of West and Kardashian.

“So excited to share the MTV VMAs commercial Kanye and I shot with Kevin Hart!!! How funny!? We had such a fun time shooting the commercial together! What do you guys think? Xo,” Kim blogged on Wednesday.

The 2012 VMAs will air live on MTV Sept. 6 (8 p.m.).
