Kevin is rumored to be a recording a sophomore album, serving as a tell-all about his relationship with ex-wife Britney Spears. As if there’s one detail of their life together that hasn’t already been graced the glossy pages of every tabloid on the Planet. Britney is not mentioned by name, Kev prefers to use terms like “Jezebel,” “Drug Addiction” and “She” in reference to his one-time love.

An insider reveals to OK!: “Kevin always says, ‘The world will have no choice but to hear me when my album comes out. Kevin started working on this album soon after the divorce but he did not get the focus that he needed until the custody battle began to heat up. He thinks that there will be pent-up demand for the record, because of how little he’s talking to the media.”

“He is very keen about protecting his image now, which he thinks is better than it ever was because of Britney’s self-destruction,” says the source.
