Lynne Spears is quietly talking to attorneys about battling ex-son-in-law Kevin Federline for custody of her grandsons, Sean and Jayden. Lynne’s daughter, Britney Spears, was stripped of custody on Monday after refusing to compile with a series of judical orders.

”Lynne is determined to find some way to keep Britney from losing those kids,” an insider tells celebrity mole BZ.

If she heads into court, Lynne will allege that K-Fed has been seen doing drugs and courting women in front of the boys.

Lynne’s plans are already being met with opposition:

”Given how Britney’s turned out, I wonder what kind of role model she’d be. … Knowing Lynne, she’ll be out trying to turn those two little boys into moneymakers too,” says a former top Spears management team member.
