Kevin Federline will kick off 2009 by launching his own fitness DVD.

“I plan to get back to looking ripped and sexy again,” Kev says of the disc that will feature the former dancer dishing out his top tips for staying fit.

“I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year.”

The DVD is scheduled for release in January.
