Britney Spears’ estranged husband has petitioned a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss custody of the former couple’s infant and toddler sons.

A court spokesperson says only Fed-Ex and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but added “anything is possible.”
