Kevin Bacon wasn’t “footloose” enough to catch a thief. The Friday The 13th star is in the market for a new phone after his Blackberry was swiped by a creep thief in a New York City subway station last week.

According to The New York Post’s Page Six Column, Kevin’s BlackBerry was stolen at the 53rd Street and Seventh Avenue Station — serving the B, D and E Lines — in Manhattan at 10:50 AM on Thursday.

According to spies for the tab, the actor — who was traveling with his band The Bacon Brothers –reportedly chased down the thief but lost him in the crowded station.

The culprit is still at large.

The isn’t first time Kevin has been robbed blind, earlier this year, Kevin and wife Kyra Sedgwick were revealed to be among the hundreds of people hit by The Bernie Madoff Ponzi Scheme.
