How’s this for candor? Kelly Ripa admits that she uses the magic of Botox to help maintain her youthful appearance.

The 42-year-old wife, mother and Live with Kelly and Michael co-host told Elle magazine she periodically gets injections in her face to smooth out fine lines and in her armpits to minimize sweating. Ripa told the mag:

“Every seven months or so, my eyelid skin rests on my eyelashes. So, I feel like it makes my makeup artist’s life easier and it makes my eyes look a little more open on TV, which is where I happen to work right now.”
