Kelly Osbourne has had so much success playing Mama Morton in the London production of “Chicago” that Broadway producers are hoping so will bring the role to Broadway. But Ashlee Simpson, who preceded Kellz in the West End’s production last fall isn’t singing a very jolly tune.

“Ashlee is livid about it, as she was told no for Broadway after her London run. They test out leads in London away from the New York City press,” a source tells Courtney H. “Kelly is amazing. Ashlee was, at best, keeping the curtain up.”
