Kelly Clarkson is returning to the singing competition show that catapulted her to stardom—and this time, she’s bringing company.

The multiplatinum-selling recording artist will perform her new single, “My Life Would Suck Without You,” and 12-time Grammy winner Kanye West will sing his hit “Heartless” on American Idol next week.
