Approximately 4.2 million fans viewers tuned in for the second episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 4 on Sunday — making the episode the most-watched telecast in E! history.
The Kadashians managed to smash the long-standing record originally set by season premiere of The Anna Nicole Show in 2002.
