The show’s fourth season — filled with quickie weddings and pregnancy bombshells — kicked off on Sunday night, attracting over 4.1 million viewers and grasping the largest audience in E! history for a fourth quarter premiere. The show was also E!’s most-watched ever with women and the adult demographic.
