Keanu Reeves has won his civil case involving a photographer, The AP reports. Celebrity shutterbug Alison Silva was seeking payment for medical bills and lost wages, claiming the actor hit him with his Porsche in March 2007.

Keanu, on the other hand, insisted the sneaky photog tripped himself up and denied ever touch him. The jury agreed with him.

The jury of six men and six women decided the star was not at fault and dismissed the suit early Monday.
