Katie Price is in talks to appear as a guest judge on the upcoming eighth season of American Idol.

Acid-tongued Idol judge Simon Cowell has invited the British glamour model to join the guest panel on an episode of the hit series next season.

“I’m sure we’ll go to dinner and see what happens,” she says. “I’m a huge American Idol fan.”

“I’d definitely be interested in doing something with him.”
