I am a little disheartened by Katie Couric's obvious "witch hunt" of Sarah Palin. I have also seen her interview Barack Obama and know that she was much more respectful of him. I don't know if she is threatened by Palin or has her own personal agenda. Everyone is quick to criticize Palin's response to the newspaper question. I saw it differently. I saw her refusing to submit to the obvious condescending attitude and attempts to belittle her intelligence. I would have had less respect for Palin if she even bothered to list names of newspapers as Couric requested. Couric was absolutely, intentionally insulting and looking for anything to criticize. While I am straddling the line between Obama and McCain, Couric has obviously made up her mind. I am one of the undecideds in this election and watch all coverage with avid interest.
