The scary this is that GOV Palin wasn’t prepared to promote Republican issues, values, and positions if she hadn’t received the invite from McCain. She cannot coherently state any issue without resort to Sunday comic strip logic. Having survived tours of duty in foreign countries I can say that we really take voting for granted. We are also so focused on political parties that voting for issues becomes an afterthought.
