This is great news! I was really pulling for his mom to get custody of her grandchildren. It was what Michael wanted. Such a horrible tragedy to such a wonderful, kind soul. I will miss him!

I believe that Michael Jackson Mother should obtain custody over the kids. Or Michael Jackson sister which is Janet Jackson. Debbie Rowe lost everthing with the kids the moment she made an agreement with Michael Jackson.

I can’t believe Michael would have left his children to his 79 year old mother instead of wanting them to live with Jermaine or Janet. Diana Ross should have never been in the equation AND of course Money Hungry Debbie Rowe is out of the question. May God Bless those children and protect them from all hurt and harm.

I think that Katherine should get her grandkids and keep the nanny Grace so that those children can have as much normalcy as possible. These kids have been through enough and should not be forced to live with Debbie Rowe who obviously values money more than her own children.

I think that the kids should go 2 the grandmother… I think that the would have a better live with her…. In plus they all know there aunt’s and uncle’s… Why should they go 2 a mom who they hardley know… She wasn’t in there lives from the very beginning so the poor kids should just where they are…. To Toya yes kids need mothers but i was reading an interview with debbie the other day and she said that when she breeds horses n dogs she cries when having to seel them but basically sold her kids to michael – how could you sell your own child !
They need a mother who cares or a grandmother who cares not a mother who abandonned them . She said she couldnt handle the fame or anything so gave the kids to michael and moved out of town if you truley loved yourt kids you would swim oceans for them not give up when the going gets tough!!!
she doesnt care about them but their grand mother katherine does so she should have them so they can be loved purely.

All three kids should go to Debbie Rowe. MJ family is not stable. Their celebrity status got the best of them all.. really is sad.

i think the children should go on with their lifes out of the spot light as they always have. it seems that he has raised them well and the support that they have had all their lifes should not change. it will be hard for them,he was their only parent,but the jackson’s are a big family with a lot of love and support for the 3 of them. i think that Debbie Rowe’s involment should stay the same as well. if she does get them they should still keep their nanny’s,teacher’s and support groups that they have now. in other words ” LEAVE THOSE KIDS ALONE ” their lifes may not be normal to US but it is to THEM!! god bless them in all they must go threw and god bless Michael for every thing he has done for the world.

I think the children should be given a choice on where they would want to live.I know debbie is their bio mom but they do not know her and vice versa.I think in this moment of grief they should stay with people whom they have known and who will know how to deal with those two kids.
