Kate Moss is reportedly planning to sue ex-boyfriend, Pete Doherty, in an effort to prevent him from using supposed ‘sex tapes‘ in a $1 Million tell-all TV documentary deal. Pete is rumored to be in talks with British ITV2 to share details and ‘raunchy’ homemade videos for the planned documentary, entitled Kate & Pete: A Love Story.

‘Kate is furious with Pete. She has contacted her lawyers and plans to get an injunction to stop the production.’

‘Some of it is really raunchy stuff Kate believed would never be seen by anyone else,’ an insider claims.

‘She’ll feel betrayed.’
