A group of scientists at 220 Laboratories is suing actress Kate Hudson, 29, and celebrity hairstylist David Babaii for fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract stemming from the creation of their David Babaii for WildAid hair care line. The Los Angeles company claims Hudson, a Golden Globe-nominated star, and Babaii teamed up to swipe a top-secret recipe from the lab to create their own line of eco-friendly hair care products, which launched this Summer.
