The small screen hasn’t seen the last of Kate Gosselin. Gosselin, the former star of the now defunct TLC reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8, is reportedly working on a new docu-soap that could see the soon-to-be divorcee serving up lovin’ spoonfuls in a Southern restaurant.

WRAL, a local news station in Raleign, North Carolina, watched the reality TV show mom spend more than three hours behind the counter at Finch’s, a popular neighborhood greasy spoon. A camera crew was on-hand to record the mean-spirited mom’s every move and Kate’s longtime bodyguard, Steve Neild, seemed to confirm whispers of a reality resurrection for the Gosselin matriarch: Nelid told a local reporter that they were in town shooting a test segment for “a future program.”
