According to a scoop from Access Hollywood, the embattled reality Octomom is slated to appear in an all-new JMZ comedy sketch poking fun at paparazzi-inspired television on tonight’s Leno in primetime.

In the clip, a paparazzi team converges on the star of TLC’s Kate Plus 8 in a grocery store parking lot, resulting a harsh tongue-lashing……

The Jay Leno Show airs weeknights @ 10PM on NBC.
