Paging Nurse Gosselin! Reality Octomom Kate Gosselin has renewed her registration as a nurse with the Pennsylvania Department of State.

On Oct. 26, Gosselin filed documents to renew her nursing license, which had been set to expire Oct. 31, The Insider reports. Before finding fame on the TLC series Jon & Kate Plus 8, Kate completed nursing school at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania. That’s where she worked as a labor and delivery room nurse before leaving to pimp out her child army of twin girls and sextuplets on TV.

Would anyone actually want Kate Gosselin as their nurse? She’s beginning to remind me of Kathy Bates in Misery……

In related news, Kate drops The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, where she’ll speak cryptically about her divorce from soon-to-be ex-husband Jon.

“I’m telling you the root of my heart is everything about me. I am a mother first,” Kate told Ellen. “I will always be a mother and I would die for my kids if need be. I would never put them in a situation that was dangerous or unsafe for them and like any mother… there is nothing I would do to put them in danger. My focus is them. It’s not the paparazzi. My focus is not what trip I can go on or what shows I can do as a result of this thing. This is my job. This is my paycheck and so this is what I do.”
