Kate Gosselin, Kendra Wilkinson Trade Places for “Celebrity Wife Swap”
This should be good for a laugh: Reality personalities Kate Gosselin and Kendra Wilkinson will trade lifestyles, homes and families for one week — and its all for an upcoming episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.
Gosselin, former star of the defunct TLC series Jon and Kate Plus 8, and former Girl Next Door Wilkinson will appear on the show’s Feb. 26 season premiere, ABC said Thursday. Kate, 37, will stay with Wilkinson’s husband, former NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett, and their 3-year-old son Hank Jr., while the notoriously ditzy Kendra, 27, will become a single mother of Gosselin’s eight children.
Gosselin’s return to the world of reality sudsters comes just days after the Original Octomom made headlines for a recent blog about the effect of bullying. In a post for Bullyville.com, Gosselin spoke of the “deep scars” she bears from being the target of taunts throughout middle school. (Join the club, sister!)
“But the bullying didn’t stop there for me and a quick sweep of the Internet, it’s clear that this epidemic is alive and well like a disease with no cure.”
Kate added that “bullying haunts me and many many others.”
Might we suggest a cure, Kate? Stop Goggling yourself!
