Justin Timberlake and GF Jessica Biel have hit another rough patch in their year-long union following the “SexyBack” star’s refusal to stop hanging out with his movie star ex Cameron Diaz.

“Justin has made no secret of the fact that he and Cameron are still close friends,” a Timberlake tattle tells the tabs. “They talk on the phone or they email and text little messages to each other. It’s getting to the point where she’s [Jessica's] going to have to put her foot down because Cameron is history. She thinks she should move on and respect that Justin is with someone else now.”
