No one can say that Justin Bieber isn’t a good guy.

The ‘Baby’ singer stopped by Primary Children’s Medical Center shortly before his concert in Salt Lake City, Utah to visit a young fan, who is too sick to attend his show.

Justin spent some time with Millie Flamm, who is currently fighting leukemia. “A friend posted a picture on Facebook, and it’s been shared thousands of times,” Millie’s father told a local news station. Justin chatted with Millie, took a few photos and even passed out tickets to some other people at the hospital.

Thank you Justin for continuing to make fans by your decency.
