Canadian heartthrob Justin Bieber, 16, has obtained his learner’s permit and is officially allowed to drive in the State of Georgia.
Well, that gives him at least one more way to escape all of those screaming Bieber Fever fanatics!
Justin’s mentor, R&B star Usher, gifted the “Baby” crooner with a Range Rover for his birthday earlier this year.
