Justin Bieber Documentary Shopped to Buyers
In news that should leave card-carrying Beliebers elated, a new Justin Bieber documentary — called Believe — will be presented to buyers during this year’s Toronto International Film Festival. Directed by Jon Chu, the film promises to offer another glimpse into the Biebs’ rise to pop superstardom — with some concert footage tossed in for good measure.
Sound familiar? Well, it should. After all, this isn’t Justin’s first trip to the box office.
Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, also helmed by Chu, was released in February 2011. The film holds the domestic box office record for a concert film, grossing $73 million. The movie was popular enough to warrant a re-release…while still in theaters.
