Life and Style Weekly claims it has the inside scoop on the other woman in Justin Bieber’s recent split from on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez: Sexy siren Rihanna.

Word on the curb has it that the Biebs “hooked up” with Rihanna in February 2011 — Justin was just 16 and in the early stages of his relationship with Gomez. Tabloid snitches say learning of Justin’s supposed roll in the hay with the “Rude Boy” hitmaker “devastated” Gomez.

“It really cut like a knife because it happened in February of 2011, when Selena and Justin had been dating for months and were falling in love. It’s caused Selena to question their entire relationship…Justin would never admit to it; he would never tell anyone he messed around with Rihanna.”

A rep for Bieber has denied that the singer ever engaged in any dalliances with RiRi, telling Life and Style that the pair have never been anything more than friends. Rihanna recently reunited with crooner Chris Brown, the ex-boyfriend who plead guilty to assaulting her in 2009.
