Dancing With The Stars pro Julianne Hough is set to have her appendix removed on Wednesday, E! News reports.

According to a message posted on her official blog Monday, Julianne has been diagnosed with endometriosis, a thinning of the lining of the uterus and will undergo surgery to correct the condition.

The aspiring country singer was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles last Tuesday night after collapsing with severe stomach pains during the DWTS Results Show.
