Veteran television justice enforcer Judge Judy is about to find herself on the wrong side of the bench-at least in the court of public opinion. A former producer on the court show Judge Judy says he was fired after complaining about a supervisor’s order to halt the booking of black litigants. Former Senior Producer Jonathan Sebastien filed suit in L.A. County Superior Court last week alleging that Randy Douthit — a supervisor — told staffers: “We’re not doing any more black shows,” and “I don’t want to hear black people arguing.”

Show producers were ordered to book more “white upscale, pretty people” for “Judge Judy,” and to send black litigants to the Judge Joe Brown show, which is produced by the same company. After objecting to the mandate, Sebastien claims his boss “berated and mocked him,” and fired him on March 30.

Judge Judy Sheindlin herself is not named as a defendant.

A rep for CBS Paramount tells TMZ: “CBS Paramount does not comment on pending litigation.” A staffer from “Judge Judy” — who did not want to be identified — says the suit has “no merit” and that the claims are being being made by “a disgruntled former employee who was fired for cause.”

Im an African-American Man, with a masters degree who loves court shows. This doesnt surprise me. Judge Judy is very racist in her desicions. The court I saw today was a Black guy, who bailed out his white female friend. Judy, she doesnt even deserve the right to be called a Judge. Said that the guy and the lady didnt have an agreement. I have watched her, and when its a Black man who is in jail, and a White woman who pays there bail. She makes the guy pay her back. She is totally racist. Do the research if you think, I’m false.

@ Dennis, I agree with the fact she is racially biased, but MAN! You got a Master’s degree? Holy smokes man, re-read your old English 101 textbooks because your grammar is terrible!

At Denise. In regards to my incurred grammer, there is absolutely no sufficiency for you to comment on the nature of my literal outlook. Due to time constraints, i expressed a form of outcast which was convenient to me at that point in time. In simpler words, poised for the benefit of illiterate persons as in yourself, i had no alternative but to down play my literation. No pun intended.

Wow, Dennis, I realize I’m a bit late to the party here but wow. The first message wasn’t so bad; I would not have bothered to comment. The second, however… your “incurred grammer”? What is “grammer”? Did you mean “grammar” or are you using a pet name for your grandmother?

Also, the word “sufficiency” means “adequacy” which also makes no flippin’ sense in that context . Must I remind you that spewing words willy-nilly does not necessarily make you sound intelligent, but rather has the opposite effect for those with a good command of both vocabulary and grammar?

The word “downplay” is a single word meaning to “play down” or “de-emphasize” … no space there kiddo. Also, you used the word “outcast” as a noun. You do realize that “outcast” as a noun means “castaway” or “pariah” so you are saying, in effect, that you expressed a form of pariah (unwanted/unwelcome person) which was convenient to you? Are you employing a homeless person to type this? Is that what you are saying? It sure looks like it… and why are you downplaying your “act or process of representing with letters” anyway? It looks like that is a *major* accomplishment for you.

This just confirms what I have suspected all along — the standards of the American educational system have slipped so low that just about anyone can get an advanced degree. No need to express oneself coherently anymore…
