Josh Hartnett was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles early this morning after complaining of abdominal pain.

According to The LA City Fire Department, a call came in at 12:53 AM on Monday from the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood for someone complaining of abdominal pains. The 30-year-old actor was taken to the hospital around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning with severe stomach pain and kept briefly for observation of a gastrointestinal disorder, his publicist says.

The condition is the same one the actor suffered from while performing in the play Rain Man in London last November; he was sidelined for several days.

“We do not have a Josh Hartnett currently staying with us. Because of patient confidentiality I am not prepared to confirm if he was treated here or not,” a Cedars-Sinai ER nurse told RadarOnline on Monday.
